A video was recently shared online of a very dangerous scene. A woman who is wearing a blue jacket and green dress can be seen off her seat while a taxi is moving. She then appears to keen to attack the driver despite pleas from other occupants of the taxi.

One woman can be heard shouting, “calm down, calm down, we are going to get hurt.” The woman is not having it however and refuses to back down. The occupants then plead with the driver to stop the car because he is putting their lives in danger. They urge him to solve the issue with the woman so they don’t get hurt.

The woman gets angry when she narrates how he passed her place of departure proceeding to jump the seats with vigor to get to the driver. This panics the occupants who shout at the driver to stop the car before it’s too late. The woman jumps over the seats and falls on top of an old woman.

The old woman cries out repeatedly “my daughter you are hurting me”. Other occupants criticize her for hurting the grandma but she doesn’t care, focusing her energy on the driver who has ruined her trip.

One can imagine the fear the occupants were feeling. Too many people die on South Africa’s roads for that woman to behave like that. That said the driver should not have passed her destination, it’s careless and dangerous for her as a woman.
