Gogo Maweni also known as Dr. Maweni is a South African sangoma who hails from Sandton. She featured on Izangoma Zodumo, a show that gives chance to Sangomas to share their stories. She has two children from previous relationships, but is currently in a relationship with another guy.

Maweni is a modern sangoma who puts on weaves, eyelashes, and nails. Usually Sangomas don’t do much of artificial beauty. Gogo sometimes calls herself a witch because she is not ashamed to tell the world that she has supernatural powers that enable her to bewitch people.

On Instagram, she wrote a status. The message was dedicated to people who owe her money. Gogo said that people who owe her money must rethink their reasons for payment delay because she would rather not start bewitching people. Some people have the guts to borrow money from a sangoma and let alone not pay back on time.

Hopefully, people who owe her money will do the right thing before she gets tempted and use her powers over them.
