Interestingly, there are people who are not even earning millions per annum, but they see a need to help people who cannot afford basic needs to put something in their stomach almost everyday so they don’t go to sleep while hungry.
One of these people is Fulefhelo Ndifuna Manngo. This woman hails from Venda. She makes a provision of food to the less fortunate in Thohoyandou almost everyday.
What she is doing is something that South African millionaires and billionaires should have been doing a long time ago, but others don’t even want to know what others are eating. They believe in the saying “every man for himself”.
When you help other people you will get more blessings. Just because you are a magnate today does not imply that you will always have money in abundance. Something might happen and make you lose all the money you have, which means you are going to need other people to be there for you.
The same people you refuse to help might also make it in life and treat you like you don’t exist tomorrow for you were never there for them in any way when you had it all.
All I’m basically trying to say is that no man is an island. We all need each other to make South Africa a generous and safe haven for all, a country that is worthwhile.
