Meet Tshilate Pfunzo from Limpopo, South Africa . She produces more than 1000 bricks per day. She wakes up everyday at 02:00 am to manufacture bricks
The 21-year-old Pfunzo started her business in 2018 after the income her family had was not enough to sustain their basic needs .
it is not a usual thing to see a woman of that age to work in that type of industry because such industry are executed by men and once a woman of that nature enter that space and manage to work and enters that space we have to congratulate such person.
many women these days will prefer to work in what we call a white collar job which they don’t require I fought and since this one has chosendifferent direction it simple means South Africa is now beginning to accept that indeed there is no jobs available in the market.
And people must all-time try with their capacity and ability to try new things rather than waiting for government to always provide jobs for them because government is also failing to provide jobs.
Tshilate pfunzohas inspire many many children in her village and also abroad because jobs are not scares only in South Africa but in the entire continent and outside World jobs are very scarce these days.
People have to develop a way of entering the market and also to produce something with their own ability and skills because once people try todevelop things to feed themselves they will depend on themselves and also create jobs for other people and be able to hire them.
