#Imbewu Hide & Seek: Nirupa realises that Menzi didn’t leave her

Nirupa loved Menzi unconditionally and there’s part of her that wishes he was still here. Nirupa has never really gotten over Menzi. His disappearance is constantly at the back of her mind.Will Nirupa learn the truth and get justice for Menzi?

Nirupa wants to believe that Menzi didn’t just use and leave her because deep down she still feels that he loved her just as much as she loved him and that they shared something truly special. She doesn’t know what happened to him.


 

 

 

All she knows is that one day he left, and now she wants closure. Her quest to finding the answers leads to Nirupa following someone she knows was also connected to Menzi and she’s stunned by what she learns.

This woman has been visiting a shallow grave that is revealed to belong to Menzi, but Nirupa doesn’t believe what she’s seeing. She doesn’t trust this grave visitor but it’s her only hope of learning what happened to the man she loved.

Nirupa confronts the mysterious figure and after much confusion, they decide to dig up the grave and see if there’s a body in it. Lo and behold, Menzi’s corpse is in the ground and it breaks her.

Nirupa realises that Menzi didn’t leave her, because he loved her as much as she loved him. He was murdered. Someone wanted him dead and they got their way!, hinting that viewers won’t believe who is responsible for Menzi dying.

She misses him terribly and mourns him. Only time will tell if Nirupa gets justice for Menzi, though, because the list of people who wanted him dead seems to be growing by the day. When she finds the person to blame, there will be drama!”

Thando accuses Shria of stealing the limelight when she learns that she’s been edited out of the launch photos, Makhosazana returns to Maluju Oil and refuses to leave, and Emsamo’s cigar evening kicks off and the turn-out pleases Nomusa and Thu Sheleni.

Sebenzile hopes for a second chance with Phakade, and Zithulele tries to put on a brave face when Phakade and MaZulu visit their son in prison.

Phakade and his sister-in-law MaZulu bond over Zithulele’s situation and spend the night together, only to be interrupted by Sebenzile. MaZulu and Sebenzile face off but it seems that Phakade has already made up his mind.
