Her most famous performance was as Thandaza in the South African Broadcasting Corporation 2 (SABC2) soap opera Muvhanga. For nearly two decades, she starred as the protagonist in this daytime soap opera (1997-2017). She is also a singer and has collaborated with a number of South African singers that have achieved noteworthy success.
