Dudu Khoza is one of the most popular on Ukhozi Fm and the longest serving presenter, most of Mzansi youth are inspired by Lady D especially women, not just with her inspirational and charismatic radio persona but also with the numerous initiatives that she is currently involved in that are meant to empower the youth, women, and underserved communities.
She has aided various rural development efforts and serves as an arbitrator for a variety of competitions and road shows, including soccer tournaments for women’s teams and fun days for elementary school children.
Through her radio programs Emajukujukwini (“Amajukujuku”) and Sheila’s Conner (“AmaSheilas”), which she dedicated to metropolitan domestic women, she continues to motivate women from deep rural and impoverished areas.
Born in Marianhill Mission, close to Pinetown, but raised in Umlazi Township, where she graduated from Ohlange High School due to her lifelong enthusiasm for helping others, this gifted radio personality went on to pursue a career in nursing and earned a diploma in general nursing.
