DJ Sbu is South African entrepreneur, music producer and radio host. The music producer has been on the entertainment industry for decades now, he owns Mofaya energy drink, most people might know him from hosting Friends like these on Sabc 1.

 

 

 

 

The radio host is known for encouraging the youth to pursue their goals and aspirations. Over the years the business man has maintained a very corporate look. He would wear suits and the latest fashion trends.

This seems to have changed as the Dj now has a completely different look. Dj Sbu no longer cuts his hair he has dreadlocks and growing a beard.

People have raised their concerns on this new look, some have expressed on how the look makes him look like a hobo, whilst others support the new look.

Perhaps the dj is in self discovery journey and wants to be as natural as possible. Dj Sbu has never explained his look to people and undoubtedly he owes no one an explanation, people look exactly the way they want to look.

The music producer should be supported and not body shamed, just cause he’s a man does not make any difference.
