Ntokozo Mbambo-Mbatha is a 37-year-old South African famous gospel singer from Umlazi KwaZulu-Natal. Her musical career began at the age of 15 when she joined the gospel music group Joyous Celebration. Since then, she has never looked back and has been blessing us with beautiful music as she also has her own albums.

Looking back Ntokozo had a medium body size. After being married and having kids she showed signs of weight gain. The singer shared that she used to wear size 40s but decided that she was going to change this. Ntokozo said her biggest motivation was wanting to live and be healthy. She decided she needed to clean up her act because she want to see her children’s children.

Further saying she want to be a great example to her kids so that they can know that as much as they are children of God and prioritize the spirit, the spirit lives in a body that they should also take good care of.
