Actress and singer Sindiswa Dlathu is from the country of South Africa. She gained widespread recognition for her performance as Thandaza Mokoena on Muvhango, a position she had held from the beginning of the program in 1997 and continued to play until her departure in 2018.
A lot of people were disappointed when she left Muvhango. Some of them mentioned that they watched Muvhango because of her; she is their role model. She also demonstrated that women are capable of controlling or managing large enterprises, which encouraged equality in the workplace.

At the 2020 DStv Mzansi Viewers’ Choice Awards, Sindi Dlathu was recognized as the audience’s favorite actress, earning her the prize for best actress. She received the SAFTA award for Best Actress in 2021 for her performance as Lindiwe in The River, which was nominated for the award.
