Artist Who Was Present At The Enyobeni Scenery Park Tarven Shares What Really Caused The DeathsSouth Africans are still shocked by the news of the teenagers who passed on in the early morning of Sunday the 26th of June 2022. The incident occurred in the Eastern Cape, in the city of East London, at a Tarven known as Enyobeni Scenery Park. The tavern is one that is well known in the community and often hosts events for the entertainment of the people who live around the place. It is also known to be one that has always hosted entertainment for people, but unfortunately, this is the first and worst thing that has ever occurred there.
 

 

 

 

 

After the news was shared that about 22 teenagers were dead and bodies were laying around inside the tavern, many of the parents in the community woke up early in the morning and headed to the place to see if their teenagers were not one of the victims. Many parents were left heartbroken by the scene and some of them spoke to news outlets, revealing that the place was overcrowded and it only had one door which people used to enter and leave, which is clearly unsafe.

Not much has yet been revealed about what really happened to those young people who were there to have a good time, but there is speculation going around that different events took place which led to people just connecting because there are no physical injuries on any of the bodies. Some suspect drugs, and some suspect people being unable to breathe and inhale oxygen because of how crowded it was.

But an artist who was booked to perform at the event, which was mainly a party celebration, shared on his Twitter account what really took place. The artist, who goes by the handle Brian Mapasa on Twitter, posted a video with the caption “Minutes before I almost died.” Then he continued to share the cause of death. He said that people died because they were unable to breathe.

Everyone was stuck in one place with no air coming in while pepper spray was being sprayed in the air, which was initially to make people move out faster, but unfortunately, because there was only one door, people were unable to get out. When people were inhaling the pepper spray and struggling to breathe, he saw some fall down and never get up while others were being stepped on.
