Full DSTV Mzansi Viewer’s Choice Awards Winners List. This past weekend saw the 2022 edition of the DSTV Mzansi Viewers Choice Awards take place. One of the first Awards ceremonies to be held post hard COVID-19 restrictions. Local stars shined from the red carpet to the main stage and some of your favorite celebs went home as the biggest winners of the night.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From Makhadzi’s Ganama winning favorite song over Zakes Bantwini’s Osama, to newcomer Kwenzo Ngcobo winning the Rising Star award and Dr John Kani receiving the Legend Award, it was a night for the books in entertainment.

Favorite personality winner Connie Ferguson took to social media to share her gratitude over the big win saying, “Last night was so special! Tired as I was I’m glad I dragged myself to the #dstvmvca to personally receive the #favoritepersonalityaward you so graciously voted for me to get! Thank you for your continued love and support! It’s such a blessing to wake up in the morning and go out to do what you love, what gives you purpose! But the bigger blessing is that it gets to be seen and appreciated by millions, and impact lives in one way or the other. God is good and Jesus is Lord! Forever grateful for His love, grace and mercy. Thank you Mzansi! I love and appreciate you.“

The multi-talented Lawrence Maleka hosted the show and also went home with two Awards for Favorite TV presenter and the Ultimate Viewers Choice Award which also won him R50k worth of smart gadgets.
