Adv Malesela Teffo Has Complained To The Police Kelly Khumalo was the subject of an arrest warrant.

According to Adv Malesela Teffo, there was an arrest warrant for Kelly Khumalo in the murder of Senzo Meyiwa that was never carried out.

 

 
In a letter to them, he requested clarification on the matter of an outstanding warrant of arrest, stating that the five suspects who have already been detained are meant to include Kelly Khumalo and her family members because it makes no sense why they are in this predicament in the first place.

Many members of the public are concerned since the family was supposed to be brought in to explain what truly transpired in the goalkeeper battle.

Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer, Magdalene Moonsamy, was on the news, explaining the situation and how they don’t understand why the National Prosecuting Authority, and this mysterious docket, are investigating them because they were supposed to have a warrant, which was supposed to allow the people who were in the house to come forward.

We’ve seen a lot of such incidents in our society, and we’re curious as to why the National Prosecuting Authority has decided not to pursue this case, given that all of the evidence points to the arrest and questioning of the family members.

This is a highly complicated problem, and this case is as complicated, as seen by the fact that few individuals were eager to turn up and do everything they could to deal with this case, but Adv Teffo was one of the few who did.
