The court proceeding began once again today with advocate Teffo trying to reason with the judge, trying by all means to prevent him from postponing the case, forcing early tea and lunch adjournments.
The family of the deceased Senzo Meyiwa will have to wait another month in order for the proceedings to resume, this comes after the judge in charge of the proceedings granted advocate Mshololo’s request to post one the trial so she could have some time to go through the second docket which was deemed to have merit by the NPA advocate, advocate Baloyi.
Advocate Teffo did not want the postponement to happen as he felt he was getting closer and close to cracking it, but unfortunately the judge did not rule to his favor and had no choice but to obey.
After the judge announced that the trial has been postponed, advocate Mshololo went further to ask whether the 6 mentioned in the second docket will come to court whether as accused or witnesses.
