South Africans lose hope in advocate Mshololo The proceedings of the trial are underway in the Pretoria high court. It seems the defence is going head to head as advocate Mshololo wants the trial to be postponed, while advocate Teffo wants a trial within a trial. The advocates seem not to find common ground. Advocate Teffo is representing four of two who were not serving any sentence, while advocate Mshololo represents someone who was already serving a life sentence.
The public were singing praises of advocate Mshololo just the past weeks, she showed so much boldness and it seemed she was well prepared. Advocate Mshololo grilled mr Mosia on the witness stand that most people felt almost sorry for the sergeant, however like most people it seemed advocate Mshololo wanted justice for Senzo.
Perhaps advocate Mshololo is too professional for most people to understand the court proceedings. Advocate Mshololo has asked that the proceedings should be adjourned so she can study docket number two, which has been ruled out as an opinion and can’t be submitted to court. Which seems it would be a waste of time just to hault the proceedings.
Advocate Teffo wants his clients to be released and have the people who were in the house arrested. Advocate Mshololo wants to prove that her client had nothing to do with Senzo’s murder.
There are many twists pertaining this court case, perharps advocate Mshololo’s admissions should be granted by the court so she can be well prepared. However how does the Judge take a decision when the defence is in turmoil.
