Mr Kgomo is calling other kids curses when his own child is responsible for blinding a man

Mr Kgomo thinks that the world revolves around him and his family. He thinks that he is smart but he is being a bully. He refused to let Celia check on her husband while he was admitted in hospital. Now that Mr Magongwa was being discharged, he needed someone to take him home and when Celia offered to go with him, Mr Kgomo refused to let her support her husband.

Mapitsi went to Mr Kgomo’s office to complain to him. She wanted to find out why he was refusing to let Celia accompany her husband at home and he told her that the time her daughter, Kelebogile, was found dead in Magongwa’s garden no one gave him two days to mourn her, so Celia must be strong because what happened to her husband is nothing major. He even went as far as saying that the Kunutu children were a curse.

Mr Kgomo doesn’t know that what he is doing is wrong. Mr Magongwa is facing a huge knock trying to adjust to not being able to see anymore, the worst part is that he doesn’t even know if it is permanent or temporary.
