South Africa’s well known songwriter and musician has been trending, for the past week on the murder trial of her late lover, and soccer star Senzo Meyiwa. Thabo Mosia, the state witness, mentioned during the cross examination that he took eight photos of the crime scene, the stopped and called for assistance.

 

 

 

 

Social media platforms and murder trial followers anticipated Zandile, Kelly Khumalo’s sister was the eyewitness appearing in court as her name was one of those who were present at the crime scene.

The defense lawyer, Advocate Teffo, is convinced that people in the house cooked up a plan to conceal their participation in the killing of the football star in 2014,October. Thabo Mosia’s cross-examination proceeded with the assembled evidence that the crime scene may have been compromised.

Advocate Zandile Mshololo, the defense lawyer of one of the men accused in the Senzo Meyiwa’s murder trial, was busy grilling a concession out of the state witness during the trial, last week at Pretoria High Court. Mosia seem to be finding it hard to clarify to Mshololo, why the exhibit identified as the “bullet jacket” was not part of the photo album of the crime scene.

Kelly Khumalo was first a victim in this case, then a state witness, now she turns out to be the accused for killing Senzo.
