Somizi plans to be Idols SA jugde until 2039 after saying this?

It is safe to say that one of the few people who are responsible for where the South African entertainment industry is currently at the moment is Somizi Mhlongo, as the fashionista’s personal life has had South Africans glued to their phones and tv sets wondering what will happen next.

SomG as he is known to his fans is the son of legendary actors Ndaba Mhlongo and Mary Twala who are unfortunately no more and through his jerk of all trades style of doing things, he has managed to continue their legacy while building his own.

While he is undoubtedly one of South Africa’s most loved and celebrated celebrities, Somizi has fallen on hard times recently, as his marriage with Mohale Motaung ended in a hurtful manner that saw the 49-year-old almost lose half of everything he owns and also his job as Idols South Africa judge.

He was suspended from the singing competition after Mohale revealed how abusive he was towards him, and that saw the show loses its viewers who were asking for the talented judge to return to the panel as he was the reason why they were watching the show.

Indeed the producers of the show that Somizi will return for season number 18 alongside a new judge, Thembi Seete, and other judges in what is a much anticipated season.

After a few asked why is he back on the show despite his drama last year, Somizi replied by posting a video on his Instagram account @somizi, which saw him putting an oxygen mask on and doing his signature move with the caption “Me as an @idolssa judge in 2039… Coz angiyindawo”.

One thing that Somizi and the rest of the country are sure about is that, he is the life of the show, and without him, there is no Idols SA.

As for him staying until 2039, it is not possible as age will catch up with him in no time, and there is nothing left for him to prove that he is one of the best if not the best media personalities in the country.
