“He should buy his own audience:” Tweeps react to Andile Mpisane being ignored by a crowd at groove

Mzansi reacted to a video of Andile Mpoisane’s failed stage presence during his performance at Propaganda Pretoria.

Andile can be seen trying to entertain the crowd by dancing in a video posted by Twitter blogger Musa Khawula, which currently has over 1000 comments, but none of the audience is taking his hyped-up self very well.

The audience can be seen staring at him, with some pulling out their phones to distract themselves while Mpisane continues to entertain them.

The crowd did not react well to him; it appeared to be more of a funeral than a groove, with some folding their hands and looking around, or simply straight up, ignoring the fact that Mpisane was on stage.

Of course, with over 1000 responses, tweeps had plenty to say, with some claiming that Pretoria people dislike Gqom and prefer Amapiano instead.

Some Twitter users suggested that he should purchase his own audience so that he can be supported on stage, as it appears that no one knows his music.

“I would leave same time and never make music,” said another Twitter user sharing their opinions on the video.

Andile is constantly embroiled in Twitter controversies. He’s recently been in the news for allegedly being Cassper Nyovest’s son Khotso’s real father.
