When Nathi Mthethwa, the minister of Sports, Arts & Culture was planning to erect a flag in Pretoria as a symbol to unite blacks and whites at a cost of R22m, South Africans were enraged.

Penny Lebyane took to Twitter and said, Obviously Nathi Mthethwa is not liked by a whole industry that hates itself so nothing new there for me. But l have a question.
