Rasa Onious had a few words to say at Jamie’s funeral, she and the family confirmed that he died from a Cardiac Arrest which is a heart attack, they said it was with so much sadness and pain that they lost an acting icon.

 

 
His funeral was in Cape Town at his home town where they loved him dearly. The National Arts institution spoke highly about him, they think he is one of the greats to touch down in the acting industry, he made rhythm City an enjoyable show to watch on the television, and he was also involved in grooming talent.

He did a lot for the acting industry, he made sure that people are glued to their screens at 6;30 on eTV, he brought millions to the broadcast commission, he believed in hard work, and he always did more than he was asked to do, it always made sense for him to give his all in the projects he was involved in, he is a major in his field, people can choose to follow what he did or choose to be ignorant that way they will be losing powerful information that could take them to the next level.

He died on the 23rd of May when he collapsed at his house in Johannesburg, he contributed a lot to the game, he made sure that all the other actors and directors are recognized, Miles whom he used to work with has retired and he can also agree to the fact that he was working with the goat – the Greatest of All Time. Jamie is a great character, both on-screen and in real life, he will forever be respected for his contribution to the game, and the change, and creativity that came with it.
