Kwa-Mamkhize posted a picture on Instagram and it had people talking. In the picture, the former minister of health Dr Zweli Mkhize was spotted. Her caption on the pictures was long and very personal.

She explained how her family didn’t get along and she stepped in and worked things out. As a result, her “father” Dr Zweli Mkhize and her brother Dedani gets along.

 
In the post, she also mentioned that she’s glad that her brother paid back the money in question to the SIU.

” I’m glad that dedani did the right thing by paying back all the money in question to the SIU, and allowing the law to run its cause”, she wrote.

Twitter users have so many questions about the relationship between Dr Zweli Mkhize and Mam Khize. Others went as far as saying that they don’t trust the story, it’s just a publicity stunt.

“I like how they sanitize their state of Guilt, Zweli pretends he knows nothing and the son is the One who takes the fall, Hence he paid back the money, So that Zweli appears innocent, But it is not helping him at all, The horse has bolted, This is just an eventless PR stunt”.

It seems like many people don’t believe that Dr Mkhize is the father of Mamkhize. They went as far as calculating their age differences.
