Seven Men Arrested Over the Death of Elvis Nyathi Released on R3000 Bail.

The law has taken its course over the death of Zimbabwean man known as Elvis Nyathi who was burnt to death few weeks back.

The death of Elvis Nyathi actually raised a whole lot of controversy between South African citizens and Zimbabwean nationals who felt the deceased was unjustly murdered in cold blood.

 
You would recall that Elvis Nyathi was burnt to death by men believed to be members of operation dudula who stormed his apartment and demanded for his immigration documents which he couldn’t provide. The men took him outside and set him ablaze.

Few days later, about seven men were arrested in connection to the man’s tragic death. The suspects have been arraigned in court and the honourable has passed its verdict.

In a recent report, the court has granted R3000 bail to the suspects.

This was contained in a news report released by Cliff the reporter on Twitter and it reads:

” Seven men arrested for the murder of Zimbabwean national Elvis Nyathi in have been released on R3000 bail. Nyathi was killed in a mob justice accused of crime in in Diepsloot”.
