A well known Music producer and legendary in entertainment industry, Chicco Twala was arrested on Monday the 2nd of May 2022 for allegedly assaulting and pointing a firearm at a City Power technician on Sunday night.

He also confirmed on a written statement saying that it is true he got arrested and also confirmed that he indeed pointed a gun to City power technicians whom he thought are people stealing cables.

 

 

 

 
He also mentioned that the gun he used is not a real gun but a fake one just to threaten them. Twala mentioned that his arrest is a confirmation that he’s not above the law.

According to reports, the incident took place outside his Bloubosrand home studios in the north of Johannesburg, Gauteng province when the technicians were responding to a power outage complaint.

The area has not been having Power since Wednesday.Orchestrated so it seems like there are no special favors for Chicco amid speculations of having big influential political people behind him.
