Former SABC actor responds to allegations of being fired, see who it is

Like always, there are two sides to every story. Former SABC actor has finally given his side of the story regarding recent allegations about him being fired from a certain show.

Zolisa Xaluva is a South African media personality known for being an actor. He is popular known from an SABC show telling the story involving the apartheid system called UGugu no Andle. In that show, he played the character of Khutso. Xaluva also played different characters on shows such as Generations, Hustle (2016), Igazi, King of Joburg? Rhythm City and The Queen. Zolisa finally spokeour about allegations that he has been fired from Gomora Mzansi whereby he played the character of Melusi.

“We decided to put a rest button on the character. Melusi drifted from being an upstanding member of society and became a philanderer. Writing mistakes were made likw the character development was inconsistent with the principles and gains acquired in Season 1. The story of his imprisonment is a chance at redemption. The departure has been amiable and we all look forward to the possibility of a return”, Xaluva said.

Meanwhile, Director of M-Net local entertainment channels being Shirley Adonisi responding to allegations of Xaluva being fired said, “Mzansi Magic would like ro extend our sincere gratitude to Zolisa Xaluva for his contribution to the success of Gomora Season 1 and 2 by bringing the Melusi character to life. We look forward to working with Zolisa”.

It is sad to see Zolisa who was the reason why many continued to watch Gomora Mzansi leaving the show. However, it is good that there is a possibility that he will come back on the show. People must stop making allegations without getting the full story from the horse’s mouth. It is good that Zolisa finally said his side of the story as he was judged for being fired.
