Rapper and businesswoman, Boitumelo Thulo, popularly known by her stage name Boity has offloaded her house in the Centurion area. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located in the plush guard-gated community where she had celebrity neighbours like rapper, Nasty C and singer-songwriter who was runner-up on Idols, Lloyd Cele.

Boity purchased this home as a new build back in 2016. There are no records that show how much she purchased the home for, but Boity is said to have put the house on the market for R4 million.

When Boity showed off her home in 2016 to her fans on Twitter and on Instagram, some of them did not have kind words. Some fans said that the home looked ugly. Others said that it’s industrial design made it look like it was an FET College building. Boity went on to live in her home for many years and has filmed a lot of her television shows inside it, including her popular reality series for BET Africa, “Own Your Throne”. Boity has shared her home with her mother, Modiehi Thulo and her dogs.

The home has high ceilings with a lot of natural light piercing through the many windows and glass panels. From the front, it does not look like a double storey home.

The two-storey home has an entrance way with a huge glass front door that leads into the open plan reception area.

The entrance leads to this modern kitchen with ample cupboard space with glass doors.

The kitchen also has a huge centre island with a French inspired pot hanger perched from the ceiling.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living and dining area with a stone indoor braai and a built-in bar. The high ceiling brings so much space and light into the house.

The open plan room is separated by luxury furniture pieces.

One of the bedrooms in the home has a feature wall cladded with a bright statement wallpaper with roses.

The bedroom leads into an en-suite bathroom with a big tub, a shower and a double vanity.
