The family have accused the famous sports presenter and currently the star of the reality show, Young, Famous and African, Andile Ncube and his mom of scamming their inheritance which was, according to the estate signed by their father , meant for them.
Elliot Magubane was married to the mother of Andile Ncube and he passed away in 2017.
What upsets the family is that Ncube and his mother got their hands to the estate’s of their father, illegally. In a simple terms, Ncube and his mother have ‘captured the inheritance’ meant for them.
Apparently Ncube and his mother pluck all the property belonging to their father which includes houses, seven cars and all the five companies which belonged to the deceased.
The 27 year old Sphamandla Magubane, who is the son of the deceased, stated how furious they were at the attitude and being rude of Andile who went to engrave the tombstone of their father without notifying the family.
What made them more upset is to see Andile roaming around with the Range Rover that belonged to their father. Ncube was seen with this car in last week’s episode of Young, Famous and African.
Magubane revealed that there is a corruption case going on which is being handled by the Hawks.
According to the estate’s letter, it states that the wife of Magubane, who is Andile’s mother is allocated to 5% and 95% is allocated to his biological children.
It became strange when Ncube’s mother went to pluck such properties. She locked them out of the house in Blue Gill Estate in 2018 after they refused to have their father’s property be corrupted.
About seven cars of Magubane are now being fought for after they were seized by Ncube’s mother and it includes Venter Elite, two Land Rovers, BMW i7 series, Mazda 2 and two Datsui Go. His three houses which are at Birchleigh North, Birch Acres and Blue Gill Estate.
When contacted for comment, Ncube did not respond until the time of publish.
