South African award-winning rapper and entrepreneur Rikhado Makhado aka Riky Rick’s friends and close friends gathered in Johannesburg on Tuesday to pay their last respect to him.

His send-off was beautiful and was fit for the icon that he was.

Riky Rick died last week on Wednesday at the age of 34.

The rapper’s passing has left the South Africa reeling and tributes haven’t stopped pouring in since his family confirmed the tragic news of his death.

Circumstances surrounding his cause of death remain unknown but according to several sources close to him, claims suggest that the rapper took his own saying he was found hanging himself in his home on Wednesday morning. The police have also launched an inquest into his untimely death.

A private funeral service for the rapper was broadcast online on Tuesday, where attendees were dressed in white as they bid farewell to him. According to Daily Sun, his body was cremated after the private service.

The rapper’s wife Bianca Naidoo paid a heartfelt tribute to him, which brought many people to tears.

Bianca spoke about the unconditional love they had for each other and how she plans to carry on his legacy.
