The death of music icon, Rikhado “Riky Rick” Makhudo has taken a huge toll on Cassper Nyovest.

The two were very close and had a genuine friendship, they really loved each other despite the beef they had but deep down they wanted to reconcile and be friends again.

 

 

The kind of friendship that they have is too deep and won’t be easily understood. That what most true friendships are. You come and support your friend through thin and thick. You have each others back always and you tease each other any way you like. Infact you get comfortable like you are kids around each other.

That is how I can describe the friendship between Cassper Nyovest and the late Hip hop star,Mr Boss Zonke.

When the news of his death broke, Cassper Nyovest was left with no words, while many celebrities took to social media to share their messages of condolences and tributes, Cassper Nyovest just changed a profile picture and logged out.

He returned online on Thursday and explained how in the few days before Makhado died, Cassper had spoken how much he misses him and wish to reconcile.

Cassper Nyovest posted a video clip of Makhado singing the song “Sondela”.

On Friday, he posted of them together and said this is probably their best picture.

He wrote that while he was doing an interview, Riky Rick sneaked behind him and hugged him there. Cassper stated that as a man, he is not comfortable with another man touching him or even being behind him but when he saw that it was Riky Rick,he smiled and chilled.
