Susan from Muvhango recently left people inlove with her with a picture

Maumela Mahuwa is a South African actress who plays Susan Mukwevho in the SABC’s ‘Muvhango’ soap drama. She was a rural girl before fate whisked her away to the metropolis and onto the small screen. Maumela is one of three Muvhango employees that has been with the company from its inception in 2002.


 

 

 

The gorgeous Maumela Mahuwa was born on the 16th of March 1980 in Gogobole Sinthumule, Limpopo South Africa. Growing up, her mother was not always around so she was raised by her grandmother and aunt in the village. Maumela was pretty much a village girl till Duma Ka-Ndlovu made her relocate to Johannesburg where she still resides to date.

Despite the fact that she’s been with the program for a long time, she still gets apprehensive before every scene she shoots.

She got the part after being spotted by Duma Ndlovu, the show’s creator, who actually handed her the part.

Maumela Mahuwa finished her metric before starting her acting career. She did not go to acting school and is a natural performer. She presently owns and operates African Cinematic Arts, a film school in Maboneng, Johannesburg. It began operations last year and provides filmmaking classes.

She is an introvert who enjoys reading.

Her favorite TV shows, aside from Muvhango, are Generations and 7de Laan, and she watches every episode of Muvhango.

Lindiwe Chibi, Muvhango’s first Doobsie, is her favorite actress and greatest inspiration.

In real life, she is significantly shorter and smaller than she appears on TV. She is 1.56cm tall.

She is the closest to Gabriel Temudzani Chief Azwindini of the entire cast.
