Willard Katsande a former Zimbabwe national team and Kaizer Chiefs hard tackling midfielder , probably one of the best natural gifted players to ever come out of Zimbabwe. His footballing career is now nearing the end since age is catching up with him , he currently plays Sikhukhume and is doing pretty well it’s fair to say he is still going strong. I am a big fan of Willard Katsande not only as a footballer but he is also many things outside of football aswell.
He is a very innovate businessman and he recently launched his construction company called Katsande Partners. He also launched his own fashion label which is quite remarkable. I personal like the cloths his company designs , I must say it’s real beautiful stylish designs and his clothing company is called Boss Ya Mboka clothing. However beside his clothing label which is quite remarkable many people where quite astonished by his latest sense of fashion , there are pictures of him wearing something which appears like tore shirt. It’s a new kind of fashion and many people don’t real understand much about fashion , that is probably why those pictures are trending allover social media. Katsande has a great sense of fashion but sometimes people are jeolous that’s why they would criticize a fellow black man doing wonderfully well instead of being inspired.
In my opinion I think Willard is a genius and most footballers should learn from him , football is a short term career and they have to invest and prepare for life after football. I urge fellow Africans to support eachother and support black owned bussinesses like that of Katsande. Let’s empower each other don’t be spending lot of money buying international expensive clothing brands , but buy local and support our local designers and that way we will prosper as a continent.
