Nowadays, a lot of South African celebrities like to embrace their spiritual calling and they do this by doing all the rituals that are needed to be done so that they can become Sangoma’s.

There’s quite a number of celebrities here in South Africa who are now Sangoma’s and the one that most recently came out as a Sangoma as well is singer, Gigi Lamayne. Gigi Lamayne took to her Twitter account to post a picture of herself wearing what seems like an attire that most Sangoma’s wear. In the picture, you can also see some candles burning and this is something that a lot of people with a spiritual calling like to do as well.

The caption of her Twitter post was, “Happy New Year” and this was most probably her way to send compliments of the new year to her followers and, to also symbolise that picture as the first that she posted in 2022. Gigi Lamayne was also maybe trying to show her followers that there has been some changes in her life and they shouldn’t be shocked when they see her practicing or performing things that Sangoma’s perform.
