It’s not everyday where a “makoti” daughter in law gets in treated by their in laws. Now families accept their daughter in laws get accepted with open arms. It is such a beautiful thing because they blend in and find a second family. Which is a blessing and a half.

 

 

 

 

Liesel Laurie Mthombeni our former Miss SA now a radio presenter on Jacaranda FM. She is amongst our favourite voices on the air. She’s married to the ever bubbly television presenter and medical doctor Musa Mthombeni. These two always leave us in stitches with their captions. They were surely made for each other.

She has blended in beautifully with his family. So much that we have seen her even going to her in laws without her husband. The couple went for a breakfast lunch with his parents and we are smitten. She has indeed found a second family in them. That’s what marriage is all about.
