She was born on April 24 1996 at Nkandla, kwa zulu Natal , South Africa. After few years they moved to Johannesburg with her parents.

In 2016 , she was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. However, after several consultation sessions , she overcome the mental depression .

Nomvelo Makhanya is one of the few Celebrities who don’t really hide their boyfriends. Nomvelo was dating zan Mthiyane For some years , she used to post alot about him and letting the public know everything happening in their relationship.
