Most of the people always gets lost at the Menlyn mall because of the exits, parking lots and finding shops. Menlyn mall is located in Pretoria Gauteng, it is one of the biggest malls in South Africa. It is not a shame to get lost in Menlyn mall people get lost each and everyday there.

People always complain about getting lost at Menlyn, in my opinion i think Menlyn mall should introduce a device or an app where the customers can use to locate the store that they want inside the mall and the parking where they parked their cars and so on. This mall always lost people whether you are a celebrity or not once you get you should definitely know the way out. We hope that the security helps her out because they are always there to help the customers and they will be glad to be able to help her find the right way to where she wants to go. Menlyn mall has all the shops tou can think of that is why it always confuses people.
