The Ferguson production company has come under a lot of smoke over the past year or so because of the rate they were firing their actors at. A lot of people were very disappointed at the rate at which they were letting their actors and actresses go.And what made it worse is that when fans questioned this, they ended up saying too much and caused a lot of confusion to their fans and nobody believed them.
 

 

 

 

 

 

But when we look at the stats and the complaints by the actors, we see that there is a pattern. Vatiswa who played Nomarussia on Igazi which is a show that was produced by the Ferguson’s came out and said that they were underpaid and when she tried to stand up for herself she got fired.

Mara Louw also complained about the same thing and many others.Others claimed that they didn’t allow them to take leave or important days off.Apparently when they try to question anything or stand up for themselves, they got fired.Explains why Dineo also got fired out of nowhere.

They guy who played Sthembiso on The Queen said the Ferguson’s treated him badly and paid him very little as well.

We just hope hope the Ferguson’s change this behavior.
