Remember Karabo Ntshweng from the YO.TV golden generation? She is about to tie the knot. The actress recently resorted to social media to tell that her boyfriend proposed to her and she said YES! She posted a photo of her lover down on one knee, pleading for her hand in marriage.
The announcement comes on the heels of her 30th birthday. “Many thanks for all of your birthday wishes! “My bro and I had such an incredible time, I’ll respond tomorrow bathong I’m not mizing,” she responded in response to all the nice comments she had received.
“I’m so weary of getting asked if I’m pregnant on social media people, please leave me alone bathong, I’m on some extremely fuvked up meds and your insensitivity doesn’t make it any better,” she wrote.
In terms of YO.TV, Karabo’s former co-host Psyfo was the subject of a social media death hoax. Some others claimed he was no longer alive on Facebook.
To clear the air on the post, he stated that the culture of gaining clout at the expense of others is not acceptable.
“I considered ignoring it, but then I realized there is something extremely deep and tragic that has to be discussed about social media and its impact on depression and anxiety. This culture of striving to be famous at the expense of another person’s depression is not acceptable “He made a post.
