The popular South African comedy shows is coming back to your screens soon. The cast is already filming 2 new seasons of the show and most of the previous cast is also returning.
 

 

 

 

The iconic comedy show Ses’top la debuted over a decade ago and is still relevant to this day. Produced by Blackbrain productions the show was one of the most loved sitcoms in Mzansi. Fans will be more excited learning that most of the original cast is returning to play their roles. Leader of the production Mandla N will return as Themba, multi award winning actor Warren Masemola returns as Thoko and comedian Trevor Gumbi will continue playing Gideon. However the interesting role of Phumzile previously played by Busi Lurayi will now be played by Uzalo’s “Fikile” know as Neliswa Mchunu. This might work because her role in Uzalo portrays the same energy as Phumzile. Neliswa is talented, vibrant and beautiful. She will most definitely kill this role. The blackbrain production is known for producing quality content such as Mzansi Magic’s Lockdown and Housekeepers and there is no doubt that they will deliver in these 2 new seasons. The show will continue to air on SABC 1 and wi premier soon.
