Mlungisi Mathe was born on 14 July 1990 in Zonkizizwe, Katlehong near Johannesburg, South Africa. Before appearing on-screen, he participated in theaters productions. In the early days of his career, Mathe landed a role in John Kani and Wiston Ntshona’s theater piece titled The Island.
