Mnakwethu season two is coming back on our screens on the 6th of July. It is hosted by Musa Mseleku who is a polygamist who is married to five women from the reality show Uthando NES’Thembu. Mnakwethu is all about polygamy where a married man reveals to the first wife about his intention of marrying a second wife, and wants to introduce her to his first wife. When the show first started it was criticized by many. Mseleku said said the second season of Mnakwethu will continue to bring to surface what had always been overlooked or happening in the background. Speaking to one of the publications Mseleku said: “Mnakwethu will always prove how powerful women are because it is not easy to do this alone. Men have to ask me to assist because it is difficult to approach women about such matters. It just shows that women have power. Men love their women so much that they don’t want to lose them”, he also said Mnakwethu wants to change how the public perceives Isithembu and it will reach a point where society will see it as normal.
