Proving to fans he is on his way to becoming the next Serena Williams in a video posted to Instagram, the star can be seen practising tennis drills with a coach on a court.
In the clip, Somizi is seen running up and down the court, hitting tennis balls and killing it each time.
“Baby steps. My favourite sport,” he captioned the video.

TV presenter Andile Ncube was down for a match against the Dinner At Somizi’s star.
“Loser strips naked on the court and takes a pic and posts,” responded Somizi.Though tennis is a new sport for the star, being active and staying fit is a number one priority.
After lockdown restrictions were lifted and Somizi made a return to the gym, the star got real about his lockdown weight gain, posting a video of himself weighing himself on a scale.
“Let me see your hands if you’re in the same boat as me. Kubi Kuyanyiwa! But it feels good to be back at the gym,” said the star.
Somizi said his ideal weight was 62kg and anything above it would be a “disaster”.
When he didn’t quite get the result he expected, measuring 74kg, the star was shook.
“It’s not muscle, it’s fat,” said Somizi
