A Motsweding FM radio personality has died.

Boitumelo Moetsi (affectionately known as “Tumi”) sadly passed away. She joined Motsweding FM in 2002 where she started as Radio Drama and Voiceover Artist, at the age of 19, until she was appointed as a Radio Drama Producer in 2010, also produced content for SABC Education Features such as; Youth Ke Yona; State Your Mind; Leaners Support; Commerce and Finance.


Her career started growing in a tremendous way in 2013 when she started producing and narrating kids content for Bana Ba Motsweding FM and Sunday School, which are pre-recorded Magazines Bana Ba Motsweding FM goes on air week days, for 10 minutes at 09H42-09H52 a.m and Sunday School plays every Sunday at 05H50-06H00 a.m known as ‘Mamane Tumi’.

She studied business Management with Unisa and Accounting Administration with Taletso FET College. A Philanthropist, who describes herself as a woman who has passion for life!

Her fans are currently paying tribute to her on social media. “We lost a definition of young successful entrepreneur and a loving person in you Tumi Moetsi 😢 my sister.”
