John Maputla is one of the most-loved characters on SABC 1’s Skeem Saam. He is a university lecturer/businessman. His life is family orientated as well as of service to his community.
In the past few weeks, there has been a lot of drama surrounding the Paternity of Zamokuhle Seakamela. Mantuli recently reached out to Maputla and hinted to him how they need to do something about this whole situation before Zamo and everyone else finds out, however; John seemed baffled so as to how he fits into the entire equation. Mantuli was upset at the fact that, John seemed confused and was behaving as if he does not remember anything that could possibly link him to the whole Paternity situation.

According to Meiki, John spent the previous weekend being bedridden. The moment she started going on about how she has known Mantuli for so long, yet she managed to keep such a huge secret from her for all these years. She even went on to suggest that, even if Mantuli used a broomstick flying at night doing witchcraft, she still wouldn’t know.

How do you think Meiki is going to react when she finds out that the real “witchcraft” is that, her beloved husband has a child of the same age as his second born son with her best friend, turned family member?
