Actress Connie Ferguson and her dance-fanatic daughter Alicia, have become Southern Africa’s favourite gym duo. Not so long ago, Connie decided to rope in Alicia for an intense workout session and they kept motivating each other and eventually completed it.

The Queen actress shared their workout session through Instagram stories. They tried out some stability ball exercises and we can imagine how challenging it was, Luckily Alicia came to her mother’s rescue!

Alicia has been spending most of her free time with her mom a lot lately. She was recently spotted on set with her parents. Alicia completed her matric last year and her mother took to social media to share that she passed it.
