Retired footballer Sandile Ndlovu was without a doubt one of the sharpest goal poachers during his time. Ndlovu was famously known as AK-47 mostly for his goal celebrations.
The retired ex-footballer currently runs the Sandile ‘AK-47’ Ndlovu Academy in Pietermaritzburg, preciously in the township of Imbali.
The year 2020 was one of the most painful and difficult for the retired footballer. In a matter of months apart Sandile Ndlovu lost his son and daughter, in March and August. In the past few days Ndlovu has since shared his pain on social media on losing his children.
In one of his recent social media posts Ndlovu shares the difficulties and pain he has endured after the passing of his children. According to him his spirit is dampened and finds it hard to even breath just thinking about his children. He further states that he still writes the name of his son as one of the players in the academy that he runs, as it is hard to believe he is no more.
Ndlovu would further state that he hope his children are at peace where they are resting and also some members of his family that he has lost.
