The SABC radio stations including Ukhozi FM have done the changes on their shows and their hosts. Ukhozi FM has been in the news recently for all good and bad reasons. It has been reported that some DJs are not happy with the changes that are happening. It has also been reported that SABC management from Auckland park came to Durban to try and resolve the issues amongst them.

Tshatha, Dj Sgqemeza and Nongcebo were the ones who were mentioned that they are not happy with their contracts renewal. However, the line-up has been revealed Wednesday, 31 March and fans are not happy with it. Tshatha has been suspended for the past few months because of the comment that he made on social media about the song of the year.

In that comment that he revealed that in 2005 the song that took a song of the year title was not supposed to take that tittle but it was supposed to be Shwi Nomtekhala with their song “Ngafa” but due to the unpopularity of Maskandi music Malaika took the title. By that comment, he got suspended.

The majority of people were not happy about Tshatha being suspended. They created so many petitions begging that whenever they change their shows they shall not remove him on his shows that he was previously doing. However, they are not happy with Tshatha being changed more especially on Usgiya Ngengoma.

Fans have reacted to the line-up and they appreciated that he made his come back and promised to be with him in his show. However, the feeling changed when he came back and greet and introduced his colleagues which is Dj Sgqemeza and Mroza who will take over from his previous show. And fans were excited and he also thanked his fans for the love that they have show to him.
