Jabulani Hadebe, have been always proud of his Zulu tribe and always dresses in his Zulu regalia. In 2018, Jabulani surprised many when he appeared at the BET Awards stage to collect his accolade in the Viewers’ Choice Best International Act category, wearing his Zulu traditional attire, unapologetic. Many South Africans did like it and phraised him for his boldness to represent his Zulu culture at an international stage.

Hundreds of Amabutho accompanied the King’s body into the Royal Palace. Amabutho form part of the funeral of the majesty, everything is performed by Amabutho. Amabutho danced their Zulu dance in the midst of the rain to bid farewell to their King.

The late King will be laid to rest at night and the burial will be attended only by men. The king succumbed to Coronavirus, he had diabetes commorbidity
