The husband of the Isibaya actress Zinhle Mabena made the application before claiming that Zinhle had a plot to kill him.The matter went to court and it was rejected due to lack of evidence that linked Zinhle with such conducts.

Zinhle Mabena was granted the protection order against her husband Robert Ngwenya.The husband has now filed the application at court to ask the court to set aside the protection order against him in December.

Robert Ngwenya lawyer Shani Van Niekerk has made the application confirmed by Sowetan that the matter will be heard at Pretoria domestic violence court.Surely these two couples seems they will keep on fighting against each other in the court of law.

Robert Ngwenya has a right to challenge the protection order if he feels that it was given unfairly till the court reviews it’s original application.Zinhle had also have rights to apply for it if she felt that her life were under threat .This battle it doesn’t look like it will end anytime soon .
