Award-winning actress, Siphesihle Ndaba who plays the role of Mazet on Mzansi Magic’s Gomora recently shared her awkward, LOL Uber experience on Twitter which chuckled a lot of her fans. The former Rhodes University and Oprah Winfrey graduate says she was in Durban when she took an Uber and the driver asked her to drive herself as he was too tired. The actress was replying to a since deleted tweet from a tweep who was sharing their Uber experience as well when Ndaba replied:“@ceceNdaba, This happened to me in Durban. Uber driver said he is tired and asked if I can drive. I playfully said yes. Did the guy not pull over and jump in the backseat? Fans of Ndaba were extremely worried about her character, Mazet who got shot by MamSonto when her daughter Thati discovered that she was the one who shot Bra Mike (Sonto’s fiancé).

Family
The actress has two brothers, and she is the last born and the only girl. Her father has other children, 18 siblings to be exact…from her father’s side.
Education
The actress studied at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls from grade 10 to matric. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science degree with a triple major in psychology, economics and drama at Rhodes University.
She went back for an honours degree and graduated in 2019 in dramatic arts, specializing in acting, physical theatre and applied theatre. Her plans to study for a Master’s degree in Arts Management at Rhodes University fell through when she landed a role on Gomora last year.
She revealed in an interview that she majored in Economics as a backup, in case her plans for drama didn’t happen.
