During an interview with TvSA she said that she shares a brother with Pro.

”Both my brothers have different surnames. Our oldest brother Paul and Proverb, share a dad. And me and Pro’ share a mom” she said.

She said that they are close and they also have a relationship that has to be worked on and it’s still being worked on because they grew up apart. She said they only used to see each other at Christmas and they’d meet at ProVerb’ dad’s house.

“When we all went to jo’burg we got hold of each other and now we do lunches together, celebrate each other’s birthdays, go to the movies and our kids spend time together” Lerato said.

ProVerb’s birth name is Sidney Thapelo Thekisho by the stage name ProVerb. He was born on 12 April 1981 in Kimberly, Northern Cape. He began schooling in 1987 and matriculated in 1998. He is Also a host and executive producer for Idols SA.
